The 47 prefectures stretch over a long chain of islands, and several of them are easy to confuse at speed. Iwate, Akita and Fukushima share the north, Tochigi and Saitama sit side by side near the capital area, and Niigata and Ishikawa face the sea to the west. Shiga, Tottori and Kumamoto test your knowledge of the middle and the south. All 47 prefectures come up in every game, with two minutes for the whole round and three attempts per question. Each wrong attempt costs points, and the time left at the end earns a bonus. Learning the shapes and the neighbors is the best way to go fast.
